In order to achieve this we have relied on the co-operation of the prestigious chef Sergi Arola, winner of the 2003 National gastronomy prize and whose La Broche restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars. Our cellar consists of a careful selection of red and white wines from Spain’s most prestigious Denomination of Origin regions as well as excellent Cavas (Spanish sparkling wine) and sweet wines.
