Feel free to make yourself at home. Stretch out and relax throughout your journey in our wide, spacious, reclining seats. Each seat is 19.5” wide (arm rest - arm rest) and they are placed two abreast similar to First Class in other airlines - every seat is an aisle or window seat. Each seat is electronically operated with an adjustable footrest, headrest, and lumbar-support. You will have your own reading lamp, which will not disturb your neighbour.

To ensure your complete comfort, all of SriLankan's flights are non-smoking.

Whether you are relaxing or making use of the inflight entertainments, take the time to try Sri Lankan's meals. Both Western and Eastern dishes. Enjoy their aperitifs, champagnes, wines and liqueurs which have been carefully chosen with your enjoyment in mind. If you are in the mood for a hot drink, the varieties available on the tea menu will spoil you for choice.

If you prefer to lie back and close your eyes, our 22 radio channels offer you a wide selection of music including pop, rock, classical and country music. It doesn't stop there - we have got more! Each seat is equipped with an individual video player allowing you to choose from a range of over 30 movie titles in different languages. The only challenge you'll face on our flights is figuring out what you want to watch!

On certain short sectors where headsets are not offered due to limited flight time a selection of Charlie Chaplin silent movie classics are played or you can choose from a wide selection of video games.

SriLankan Airlines has now introduced 16 video games on its A330 and A340 flights. This includes all sectors operated by these aircraft, including those where inflight entertainment was not previously available. Passengers can also chart their flight's progress with 'Airshow' Sri Lankan's moving map, which reads its information directly from the aircraft's navigation system. A downward camera captures the sights directly below the aircraft, particularly useful when flying over cities or mountain ranges.
